
Don't start shouting. Walk away and calm down. Go to de gym or kick a football around. Get rid of your anger in that way. Think about whether the other person may be right. Be willing to compromise. Accept criticism but don't let others walk all over you! Talk about your feelings - don't bottle them up! Don't be impatient. Count to ten before you open your mouth. Don't think that crying is silly. Have a good cry and you'll feel better afterwards! Hit your pillow. But don't hit your friends.
